0% Interest, Deferred Loan Funds Available to
Village of Clayton Residents and Landlords!
The Village has funds to loan out to low and moderate- income households to make needed repairs to their home or for down payment assistance. These funds are also loaned to local landlords in exchange for an agreement to rent to low and moderate tenants at an affordable rate.
The Village's Community Development funds are paid back to the Village when the borrower moves or when the home ceases to be the borrower’s principal place of residence.
Loans to landlords are repaid on a monthly basis.

Garbage and Recycling: Waterman Sanitation of Amery contracts with the Village of Clayton to provide garbage and recycling pick up. Different sized services are available and billing is done with quarterly utility statements.
